ParticipantI’m experiencing the same issue as someone else reported where I made a few attendee information fields (Name, Room Type). I was under the impression if after the attendee purchased their tickets they would be able to edit those fields?
I did login as an attendee and I was not able to make any changes to those fields or even see them. It’s similar as an ADMIN. However, as an ADMIN I can go in to View Attendees and see the list under details. But I can’t change it.
As an ADMIN, I can add the ticket to an order but I’m not prompted with the attendee information fields.
This feels like a miss for development. I’m looking forward to the updated Attendee Data Editor plugin. In the meantime, I have data that isn’t correct and can’t downgrade.
Any other suggestions?

KeymasterHi Debora,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue! For now, what I would recommend is to use this plugin to edit the data from the admin area: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-can-admin-updatechange-ticket-information-for-anonymous-customer/#post-1357096
Unfortunately that plugin needs to be updated following our recent complete revamp of Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus.
In the meantime, you could get this to work by downgrading both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus to versions 4.5.7 and 4.5.6 respectively.
I recommend reading the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
