I’m sorry you are experiencing that issue.
We’ve had a few issues related to attendee info that have already been fixed in recent versions of our plugins, so could you please update to the latests versions and see if you still experience them.
You left us a note that you will update later because you have an event coming soon. We suggest you set up a staging/dev site so you can test all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates before making them in the live site. This will ensure you don’t make any disruption to the live site in case something goes wrong.
We also encourage to perform a full backup of your site (both database and files) before applying such updates or changes to your live site.
