Attendee Data Capture not showing

Hi

Am hoping someone can help!

We’ve set up our event to collect attendee info. Everything is setup as should be and works on TwentyFifteen theme

However, on our theme, when you click the number of guests, it doesn’t reveal the attendee list form, it just increments the number of guests in the input field – nothing else

A quick look in the Console and I see Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘mode’ of undefined which is for http://domain/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/resources/js/frontend-ticket-form.min.js?ver=4.1.1

This is the only difference I can see between the themes as this error doesn’t show in the TwentyFifteen theme

Is there anything else I can try to get this to work?

Scrap that! U think I’ve fixed it. I had an wootickets directory in my theme and no longer need this due to plugin now being replaced by Event Ticket Plus

I am stoked that you found the solution. Kudos!

You are right, as our plugins evolves, there might be some customizations that need updating or deleting.

With that in mind, I am noticing that you are several versions behind the latest ones of our plugins (and that some of your licenses are expired).

We have some pretty exciting features and enhancements that have showed up since your version.
If you are ever interested in updating, I would recommend doing so for all plugins you are using AND doing a database backup first!
