Attaching a tel link to phone number

Hello, team!

Currently the link is a static text but we want it to be an active link with “tel:xxx”,
is it something we should change via going to code or there is an option for this via UI?

The best route at this time would most likely be to do a template override as explained in our Themer’s Guide. Let me know how it works out or if you choose another route, feel free to share your solution. Thanks and take care!
