Associating Woo Products with Tribe Events Pro during Site Migration

Hi Support,

I am migrating my Woocommerce/The Events Calendar Pro to a new site. I have imported all my upcoming events, and the associated woocommerce products into the new dev site. Is there a way to link the existing woocommerce products (which are “tickets” in the old site) to the migrated events in the new site to match.

Maybe this is my question: How are the two associated in the database?

http://dev.paintedcellars.com/events/ – destination site we are trying to transfer to…
http://paintedcellars.com/events/ – live site correctly displaying images and purchase options

The purchase options aren’t appearing to buy tickets and some of the images aren’t appearing either.

Do you need logins to check it out? Can you help? We are in an urgent situation with this and need to get resolved ASSAP. Please help?!?

Hey Jeff,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

The primary connection between the Tickets (WooCommerce Product) and the Event is a meta value added to the product called “_tribe_wooticket_for_event” with a value of the associated Event ID.

For this migration, how did you move the information from the old site to the new site?
