Arrow ticket quantity

    Hello,

    When manually typing in the ticket number, the ticket field appear.

    But when using the arrow, I can just put the ticket in the card without filling in the fields (they just don’t appear).
    See attachment: i have typed in the ticket number for 5 km – 10:00 uur manually (field unfold) and i have clicked on the arrow for the kidsrun ticket (field don’t unfold, they do when typing in the number manually).

    How can i solve this?

    Thanks for getting in touch. Let me help you with that issue.

    That seems like a theme conflict somehow. Strangely, I don’t see the arrows for the ticket quantity in the link you provided. But like you say, manually setting a number displays the attendee additional fields correctly

    What happens if you switch to a default theme, like twenty seventeen? Does it work as expected there? Let us know about it?

    Hi Victor,

    Correct, because they weren’t working, I disabled the arrows.
    Is there I way to make them work? I am using Athlete fitness theme.

    Thanks for clearing that out.

    Just to confirm I understand correctly, when you switch back to a default theme it does work correctly?

    If it does, how did you disabled the arrows for your theme? Could you please enable them so we can see the issue ourselves and inspect the page to see if we find the problem?

    If you don’t want to disrupt your live site, I’d suggest you set up a dev/staging site so you can test things out. You can also send us a copy of your theme, in a private reply so we can run some tests on our side.

    Hi,

    I’ve put the arrows back to give it one last try:

    So again, when manually typing in the ticket number, the ticket fields appear/unfold.

    But when using the arrows for the ticket quantity, I can just put the ticket in the shopping cart without filling in the fields (they just don’t appear/unfold).

    Would be so happy if you can help me with this.

    Thanks for following up with this.

    I’ve just tried it myself using Chrome and Firefox and it works for me. The fields show up when using the arrows and also by manually entering the number.

    What browser are you currently using? Could you please try with a different browser and see if it changes anything? Also, it could be worth clearing your browser cache to see if any difference.
