Are you sure you want to do this? – Error when trying to submit event

On DrinkMichigan.org when trying to submit an event, it takes you to a page with message “Are you sure you want to do this?” I read several past posts with people having the same problem, I updated all plugins, I haven’t activated any new plugins, and I also reset permalinks.

Something must have been cachced. All of a sudden it works both when I’m logged in and not. And the format looks a little different. Thanks for looking into this.
