Archive Events Creates 1000s of excess pages

We used the Integrity Plus App to do some SEO work on our site and noticed thousands of urls being created by what appears to be the EVENTS Calendar plugin. The URLs have the word “archive” in the title. Can you tell me how to get rid of these pages, and how to avoid their creation in the future?
