Any way of auto completing orders now?

Hello,

My client doesn’t want to keep logging in to complete each order and would like the tickets to send automatically to customers once they’ve paid if this is possible.

I know there was an update back in February changing the way the auto complete worked. I can’t work out if there is any way of setting orders to autocomplete when the customer has paid via PayPal or if this is not possible anymore.

Actually, you now have options (provided you are using the latest version of our plugins).

You can decide exactly when the tickets are being sent (it no longer needs to be when the order status is set to “complete”). This is all controlled by the very last setting under Events -> Settings -> Tickets
