'AND' behaviour rather than 'OR' logic

In light of the 3.11 release and before I update my installs, I was wondering if this addresses the issue I raised in a
previous post.

Are we able to implement ‘AND’ behaviour when we select more than one Event Category from within the Filter Bar, with the new release in place?

If not, the other way around this is possibly using the additional filed, as mentioned in the UserVoice suggestion here. You mention here that you are ‘specifically working on this feature’. This is good news.

In light of this good news, can you give any idea of when this might be part of a stable release and if you anticipate it will allow me to implement the kind of ‘AND’ behaviour filtering I require, by converting some of my existing Event Categories to Additional Fields?

We are indeed working on this and a number of improvements for Filter Bar and event filtering in general, however the specific features you mentioned here are not included in a public release yet. I do not have a specific date of a planned release at this time, either.
