alternative to accessing your attendance list?

we are a small non-profit organization that holds free and paid events and some of the events have specific individual people as the organizer. Right now with just having an admin being able to access the rsvp list, it makes it very inconvenient for our individual organizers to have to rely on a main admin to email them the lists. Is there a work around solution for this? Especially with organizers wanting to check in from the location of the event with their phones? Please advise. Thanks

what is the point of paying for a license, when the lack of a timely response from the support department is extremely frustrating? this will definitely make a difference when choosing to renew my licenses in the future.
