    Hi, I did a test of the system and purchasing a ticket from my test site and got four emails in response(too many!). One from PayPal – understandable – but then three from the EDD ticket interface. One had Order # in the heading with New Sale in the email, one was Receipt from the business, and the other Your Tickets with print download. Is there a way to combine the receipt with the ticket download and minimize the # of emails the customer will receive?

    Hello Melissa–nice to see you again!

    EDD Tickets itself only sends one email, which is actually the one customers get when receiving their purchased ticket. The rest come from Easy Digital Downloads directly.

    I’m not sure how to disable those emails myself, but I did find this plugin that the EDD author wrote a while back to disable those notifications. It’s quite old, but certainly worth checking out. If it does the trick, great! If not, it might be worth reaching out directly to EDD support to see if there’s an updated way to do that.
