already payed for pro?

    I have a message saying event calendar pro license is expired, but I have a receipt from this month saying I’ve payed for events calendar pro….is this something different?

    I have attached a screenshot.

    Hi Jatila,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    There is one purchase in your account which was for a Business License of Events Calendar Pro on January 29, 2016.

    Licenses last for one year. It is now January 30, 2017.

    This license was not renewed and so it is now expired.

    Please let me know if this information helps and if there are questions I can help with.
