    Hi,

We have the Events Calendar Pro version with the Facebook import add-on running on our WordPress website. And it’s working like a champ! The problem we’re running into is that we have some merchants that do not have Facebook pages and they want to add their events manually. However, I don’t see where or how they can do this.

Is there a way to let certain merchants register to post their own events on our calendar manually if they do not have a Facebook page to import events from?

Please explain where and how to make this happen?

    Thank you,
    Robert

    Hi Robert,

You could definitely allow some folks to sign up for user accounts on your site and post events from within your site’s wp-admin.

This is a general WordPress feature, not one of our plugins—you do not need any more plugins from us to do this, for example.

To learn how to use WordPress’ own user features to let some folks create accounts and post on your site directly, check out guides like this one → http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-allow-user-registration-on-your-wordpress-site/

    I hope this helps!
