Allow specific user to approve (publish) draft events

I have Events Calendar PRO and Community Events. I’d like to allow one of our users to publish draft events that other users create without giving him any other Administrator privledge. (Like access to hidden posts, contact form DB etc)
With roles plugin user recieved following cappabilities:

delete_others_tribe_events, delete_private_tribe_events, edit_others_posts, edit_others_tribe_events, edit_others_tribe_organizers, edit_others_tribe_venues, edit_posts, edit_private_posts, edit_private_tribe_events, edit_private_tribe_organizers, edit_private_tribe_venues, edit_published_tribe_events, edit_published_tribe_organizers, edit_published_tribe_venues, edit_tribe_events, edit_tribe_organizers, edit_tribe_venues, publish_tribe_events, publish_tribe_organizers, publish_tribe_venues, read_private_tribe_events, read_private_tribe_organizers, read_private_tribe_venues

Problem is he still will not see any events that he is not the author of. How do I accomplish such task, Is there some other custom cappability that I should add?

Hey @Patryk,

I’m not sure how the “roles plugin” enabled these capabilities, or if it did it correctly, but I’m wondering if you have made this user’s “User Role” something like “Editor” outright? Or are they still at the “Subscriber” level?

I’d recommend the “Editor” level as this prevents them from all admin privileges but allows editing content, which might be perfect for your needs here.
