allow non logged-in user to submit event

Hello, I am using dp pro event calender plugin with version 2.3.5,i added suggest event page in that any one can add the event.but unfortunately when event is added it is not showing in the back end,i also want to change the message
“Thanks for submit the event, it will be reviewed in shortly.” to “Thanks for submit the event, it will be reviewed in shortly for approval”.

If not, do you mean the Events Calendar PRO add-on that we sell here on theeventscalendar.com?
