Allow editors to see the downloads tab

Is it possible to allow user’s with the role “editor” to see and use the “Tickets” tab in the main left hand menu of WordPress?

I’m not quite sure I know what you’re referring to when you refer to the tickets tab – can you confirm?

When you install the plugin you get a “Tickets” menu item appear in the backend main menu of WordPress. This only appears for admins, I want to give access to editors so they can adjust things.

Sorry, I’d completely forgotten that we’d renamed the tab to tickets instead of downloads as it was originally!! Does that make sense though?

Yes, that does make sense!

However, that menu is actually something that Easy Digital Downloads, rather than our own plugin, creates and manages – so it would be best to seek further help from that direction if you need more guidance on this one 🙂
