All successful orders not showing up in attendees list

    I’ve just noticed an issue and I can’t figure out what’s causing it.

    It’s the same issue as the one reported below by Gary.

    Customer A successful order marked as completed: Details are in attendees list.
    Customer B successful order marked as completed: Details are NOT in attendees list.
    Customer C successful order marked as completed: Details are in attendees list.
    Customer D successful order marked as completed: Details are in attendees list.

    Hi Michael,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re running into this issue as well. So far, we have not been able to reproduce it in a testing environment. Could you check and see if the missing attendees occurred on the same date and ticket, or is the issue spread across multiple dates and tickets?

    Can you take a look through the orders for the missing attendees and see if you can find any similarities between them? If you could send me a screenshot of an order where this occurred, that would be helpful as well.
