All Events Are Missing

Our calendar is empty on the front end. In the WordPress Dashboard under Events it says “No Events Found” even though it lists 1,583 Published Events. Clicking on the Draft, Private, Trash, and Unticketed categories displays the posts on the backend. If you click on Ticketed it says “No Events Found.”

The only significant change I’m aware we made is that we organized our Product Categories in Woocommerce.

Please advise.

Note: We’re Using Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus (which is on a different license key). Happy to provide those, but didn’t want to put it in a support thread.

I’ve rolled my site back to a backup, because we couldn’t leave the events missing.

Question – Can I change my Woocommerce Product Categories? Do those categories have to match those in the Events?

To clarify, can I change product categories to whatever I want without effecting Events and their Categories?

Yes, you can change your product categories whatever you want without affecting your Event Categories.
