All day events displaying start time as 4:00am

Hi, despite clicking on “all day event” when the event is created it is showing a start time as 4:00am rather than simply showing it as an all day event. This is a new phenomena as I have not experienced this before the lastest updates.

Any ideas?

Can you send me a link to a specific event this is happening on?

Also, can you confirm that your timezone settings are correct? Settings » General » Timezone

Finally, in Events » Settings » General » End of day cutoff – is it set to 12am?

I’m hoping we can narrow this down quickly.

Hi,

I checked the settings. The cut-off time was not at 4am but this was never a problem before.

If I remember correctly all-day events would be indicated as such. Now they are no longer showing that way. They show up as having no time.

I see the listings no longer have the times broken down into time segments during the day. That’s too bad.

Sorry, it appears I am mistaken. The list view does not show time blocks. The individual day view does.

I’m not finding any event with a 4am start time. Can you help me with that? Link & screenshot would really help.

All day events are expected to just show the date. You could bypass this by making it 12am – 11:59pm if you’d like, and bypass the “all day” entirely.

List view should still show the times of events that are not all day events.

Does that clarify things?
