ParticipantAs the title says this is the issue we are having on one of our sites – do you know what could cause this?
Couldn’t try without plugins as it works fine on the staging domain!
Let me know if you have seen this before!
Thanks

MemberHi there Oli! Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to the forums. π
Are you referring to the AJAX when navigating between months in Month view? I visited the URL you provided above and was able to move from month to month with the AJAX loading nicely, but let me know if I should be looking at something else and I’d be happy to. It might be helpful to know if the issue is isolated to specific browser as well.
Just as a precaution, I would also like to have you try the standard methods for testing conflicts. I see you noted that everything works in staging, but it would be helpful to try it out from the live site just to erase all doubt.
Will you please confirm and let me know what you find?
Cheers!

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Sorry for the late reply!
The issue is not related to being able to change month, but to no events being loaded when moving to the next month, even moving from October to November then back to October, October is then empty. To get them to appear you need to refresh the page. As far as I have tested this does occur in all browsers, let me know if there’s anything I can do to help.
I have looked at the conflict testing, but this would really be a last resort on the live site, as I can’t really change the theme and disable plugins as the site would become unusable!
Obviously if we can’t find a solution then I will find some sort of solution to be able to run this testing.
Thanks for your time ! π

MemberAh, I see what you’re saying! Thanks for clarifying. π
I don’t see any significant errors off the bat, but I notice you are using both WPML and Yoast. There are known conflicts with both of those plugins and TEC, so I am wondering if the issue isn’t isolated to an interaction with one of those. For that, I think it is definitely worth following the steps in our Testing for Conflicts guide to see if we can pinpoint where this is happening. Otherwise, there is very little for us to work off of.
Let me know if this is a possibility and thanks!
