Ben
GuestHi,
I have couple of questions.
1. do you also offer an option to increasee the site limit above 10?
We are a non profit enterprise (don’t pin me on that term, guess thats the proper translation from german 🙂 )
We are split into different companies each with an own website, around 20 in total.
2. What is best practice?
As datasource we want to use iCal or iCS file.
Our plan is to establish:
one portal site, which imports from all company calendars & an enterprise cal
15+ company sites, which import there own cals & an enterprise calThis looks very redundant to me or did I overlook a way on how to do it?
Regards Ben

MemberHi Ben,
Thanks so much for reaching out! No problem–I’d be more than glad to assist with your questions here!
- We’re still in the process of refining our product tiers for Event Aggregator, and we don’t currently offer a way to exceed the 10-activation maximum at this time. For the time being, I’d likely suggest purchasing multiple licenses to cover the number of sites you need to activate on–should we offer an option for more site activations at some point in the future, we’d be more than glad to assist you with transitioning to the new product tier when it’s time to renew your licensing with us. 🙂
- You should have no problem handling this type of structure using multiple scheduled imports from Google Calendar. Your individual company sites can each import from their own Google Calendar and the enterprise calendar, while your portal site can import all of these to create a single “master” calendar. By keeping your calendars updated on Google Calendar and having a scheduled import set to run at whatever interval you specify, you won’t need to do any maintenance to keep things up-to-date on your WordPress sites. Hopefully this explanation makes sense and fits what you’re hoping to do–let me know if I’ve misunderstood or if I can clarify anything better! 🙂
I hope that helps to address some of your concerns here! Let me know if I can answer any other questions for you today, and thanks again for stopping by!
