    Hi. I have been using the aggregator from the start but the scheduled imports are not working. I thought I had to long a list of facebook pages to import from so i bought the “Event hub” even though I dont make any money from the site and it felt a bit expensive. It is a great service in theory but that didn’t fix it though.

    Images 0001 and 0002 are from bokdatum.se

    The only time import works are when I add a facebook page or when I manually press “run import”. The automatic import always fails.

    I set up a test site at bokdatum.se/testsida (bokdatum.se/testsida/events) As you can see in image 0003 – the test site imports are sometimes successful and sometimes not.

    This is too advanced for me to troubleshoot by myself so I hope you can help.

    Hi Marcus!

    I actually have some pretty awesome news for you.

    The crummy news first. There is some confusion we’ve seen with how our notifications and icons are displayed currently with our Event Aggregator service.

    The good news however, is that in most cases, Event Aggregator is working just fine, but it makes it appear as if it is not importing at all by displaying those various “Import Failed” notifications that you see.  For example, in one of your screen shots (which are awesome by the way!) – you can see that 1 event was successfully updated, even though the notification message claims the import has failed (which is not a correct message).

    To help paint the picture a bit better, if you see an “Import Failed” message of some sort, chances are the import actually just got rescheduled which can be dependent on a variety of circumstances such as a little burp in your hosting when running the scheduled import, in Facebook and/or other import origins, how many requests we receive at that exact time, etc.

    I’m unable to provide exact timelines on when fixes will be released, but I can say that we are working on adjusting this right now and hope to have it released very soon.
