After switch from Woo Tickets to ET Plus no tickets showing

After switching to Events Tickets Plus from Woo, the Tickets aren’t showing up.
Any ideas?

Hi Daniella,

Thanks for your note. Have you downloaded and installed our new core tickets plugin, Event Tickets? Event Tickets Plus is an add-on that requires the core plugin to work.

Yes, I think it’s because it’s a recurring event and I just realized that isn’t supported which is why I bought ECPro in the first place. 🙁

I’m sorry about that! We hope to add recurring event support for tickets in the future, but as you’ve read it’s not currently a possibility. If you’ve purchased PRO recently and would like a refund, we’d be happy to give that to you- you’ll just need to email support (at) theeventscalendar.com and include your order receipt.
