    Hi,

    We’re using your plugins on our website. Through time we’ve purchased multiple plugins, of which we now use Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus.

    Unfortunately, the purchases ended up being made via 2 different accounts. Event Tickets Plus has expired because of that. (It should be renewed somewhere this week).

    Is it possible to merge the two accounts, and if so, how?

    P.s. I do have access to “faulty” account as well.

The simplest approach would be to purchase a new license under the single account that you’d want to keep. Emailing us will allow us to help you get that structured more like a renewal rather than a completely new purchase.
