    I just updated last night to the latest versions of Event Tickets Plus (and the EVent Calendar Plus) and all of my tickets disappeared. They are still in Woo Commerce, but there’s no longer the familiar ticket being displayed in the editing window of the event, nor the link “edit in WooCommerce.” What’s the deal?

    We are sorry to hear about the box disappearing on you. Yikes!
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    From the looks of it, Event Tickets Plus is deactivated on your install.

    If reactivating the plugin does not work, I would recommend deleting altogether.
    Once that is done, grab a copy from https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and reinstall it from scratch.

    I’ve deactivated (and deleted) all four of your plugins. I was tired of
    holding my breath to see if they would install properly and/or activate
    (and stay activated).

    No further support is needed. Thank you for your trouble.

    First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
    We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual.

    Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
    We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things.

    I am sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience and resolved to deleting all plugins (without reinstalling them). Yikes!

    This is especially sad considering that normally we are able to get to the bottom of such issues (typically caused by either some corruption during the download or conflict with something else on your installation).

    In any case, if you ever change your mind and are willing to let us troubleshoot this with you, We will be glad to do so.

    For now, I am going to close this thread.
