Advanced Custom Fields Plugin and Additional Fields in Pro ?

Hi
I was wondering if the value stored within a custom field I have created using the ACF Pro plugin, could be added to the Additional Fields section of the Event Calendar Pro?

I have setup an Artists custom post type which contains a custom field with their artist name. I would like to display on the calendar the music session they are playing (as an event) and then automatically pull in the artists’ name.

Great question. ACF fields can certainly be added to the event editing screen. From there, however, you will need to customize the calendar templates to display those ACF fields. We have a Themer’s Guide that walks through the process of overriding the calendar’s templates with your own and that’s the place I would suggest starting for a customization like this.
