Admin wonky and can't test fixes on staging environment

I installed the latest updates and now the admin for the Events calendar is all wonky (screenshot attached). The formatting is off on the Import, Legacy Import, Settings, Help and Event Add-Ons edit screens.

And when I try to copy the site to staging (as I’ve done numerous times before), I’m unable to utilize some of the functionality in the staging environment in order to troubleshoot. Even after disabling all other plugins and switching to a default WP theme.

One example being the Legacy Import. Which is related to another issue I’m trying to resolve because many of the events that were imported using iCal Importer are off by 1-hour (timezone settings are all correct). Previously, I’ve copied the site to staging, did some testing and then implemented whatever fixes are needed on production. However, now there is a JS error with the events-admin.js (only on staging).
