admin venue and organizer dropdown breaks on right to left

I’m using wordpress and tribe events pro in rtl language (hebrew) and the venue and organizer drop-down are breaking.
it gets a left position of -9999 and it is impossible to edit that.
is it a known issue?
do you have any suggestion?
is it possible to edit the admin views and still keep the plugin upgradeable?

Thanx for your reply.
Found a solution.
I’ve unmimified the js file:
resources/chosen.jquery.min.js
and wherever there was a position left (for example “left: -9000px”), I added “right” instead and now it had been fixed.
The problem is that it is not upgradable.
any suggestions?
