ParticipantIs there a way for the admin to print all the tickets instead of sending the tickets out by e-mail. In the best of all worlds, I would be looking for a bulk action print of the tickets (after they have been bought). The E-MAIL TICKET option can’t be switched off either (in settings>e-mail).

Participantexport the attendee list into csv (open in excel) and mail-merge it into a publisher/word ticket and print. 😉

ParticipantThat’s indeed a possibility, but we would lose the QR-code capabilities. Any chance of redirecting all the print ticket e-mails to an admin e-mail. I read about one answer to a similar question by using the notification plugin, but that would send the ticket e-mail out anyway. It’s a shame the ticket e-mail option is so limited in the plugin.

ModeratorHi @filip and @chris. Chris, thanks for jumping in here… we always appreciate another voice for these types of threads!
Currently, there is no built-in feature allowing site admins to print out tickets, but you could use a plugin like BNFW to send a copy of each ticket to the admin email address, then print them out from there.
This is definitely an idea worth mentioning over at our UserVoice Feature Ideas, so if you have a minute, we (and other users, I’m sure!) would truly appreciate the submission.
Thank you for reaching out and please let me know if you’ve got any more questions. Cheers to the both of you!

Participantyou could use google spreadsheet to generate the qr code… I’m pretty sure it’s just a url it is generated from… so just upload csv output to google docs and then follow this (or other videos)
Other way is in Microsoft Word
This doesn’t work in Word 2010, but there are two new field types in Word 2013 that can generate QR codes. The field keywords are DisplayBarcode and MergeBarcode, and the documentation pages are at

ParticipantI can add here one plugin created by Brook which is helping me in printing the tickets (one by one) and ship them to the clients. This is done before to send them, because they first should pay them. Hope this will help you. But it isn’t working as a bulk printing.
