    Hi,

    When setting up tickets for a new event, I purchase several tickets and process them through our testing environment. I’ve deleted them from the attendee area, but they are still showing in the numbers in the summary, thus skewing the numbers. Is there any way to fix this?

    The total amount of tickets sold comes from the orders info, so deleting the attendee records won’t reduce that count.

    Did you delete the attendee records for a refunded or cancelled order? What is the process that you are following that results in deleting an attendee?
