ParticipantJust purchased and uploaded EDD TIckets and Events calendar.
There is no ‘additional fields’ or ‘licenses’ tab. I was assuming this may have been a common problem.

Thanks for your post. The Additional Fields tab would only show if you had Events Calendar PRO, since that’s a special PRO feature. However, you should be able to see the License Keys tab since you bought EDD Tickets. Sometimes that tab doesn’t show if you are running disparate versions of plugins. Can you confirm that you are running the latest versions for both The Events Calendar (3.6.1) and EDD Tickets (3.6.)? If you are a version or two behind on The Events Calendar, try updating that and then looking for the License Keys tab again.

Thanks for the info. You mentioned you have Events Calendar PRO but according to my records you only have a license for EDD Tickets. Do you have a PRO license on another account? I need to confirm what your versions are for both our core plugin (The Events Calendar) and Events Calendar PRO (if you have it). If you want, you could send me a picture of your Plugins page.
Thanks for your patience while we figure this out. Do keep in mind that EDD Tickets will continue to work just fine even without the license inputter. You still have all the same features, you just don’t have access to automatic updates. But we’ll make sure to get you set up.

Would you be willing to email the screenshots I was previously asking for? I’d really like to see those since I am pretty stumped here. You can email them to pro (at) tri.be.
You should be able to delete the plugin and then upload the new one without losing order details, but we always recommend that you backup your site beforehand, just in case. And I can’t guarantee that deleting EDD itself will work that way, although I don’t believe you’ll need to delete the EDD commerce engine itself, just the EDD Tickets plugin from us.

ParticipantWhen the plugin is deleted and reuploaded with the newer version it seems to delete all order details, all ticket sales and all customer details related to the event on the easy digital downloads side, so I need to find a work around. Will email you as soon as possible.
