Additional Fields Backend Export

Is there a way I see the customer input for “additional fields” on the backend so it can be easily exported.

The additional fields input shows on the email sent to the attendee but I would like for it to accessible on the backend so managers can export and use for reference.

I would love to help you find a solution for this.

It sounds to me like you are looking for the attendee list screen. This will show a list of all attendees, and within each item there is a link to “View Details” that will show all of their responses to the Attendee Meta fields.
