Additional field in list or photo view

Hi!
…here’s a small pdf where i have explained my problem. I couldn’t find a solution in the forum or the knowlegebase so far.
Maybe im searching the wrong terms, maybe my skills are weak…. but can you please read my small “manual” and help me? …or at least give me good advices or hints what i should do?!

So to implement the features you describe, you would have to write that custom code or hire a professional developer to do it for you.
