ParticipantI have an event with successful ticketing and all is running smoothly. Now, I want to add another ticket to the event. The new ticket will be higher in cost because it is a group rate ticket. When I create the new ticket and enter in all of the data and confirm the ticket it does appear. However, this new higher priced ticket appears first on the event.
I would like to know how to reorder these tickets within the event or make the lesser priced ticket appear first. Please let me know, thanks!

ParticipantHey Sonya,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
We do have a tutorial that will help you to reorder the tickets for your events. Check out the tutorial here and let me know if it helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Josh – thanks for the info on the code, this did indeed work….. however…. On my upcoming events page (ie., http://www.mysite.com/events) where my events calendar feed of upcoming events is displayed, the higher price is noted on that page next to the event, I really need the lower price to be displayed here… Please let me know how I can achieve this.
Thank you!

ParticipantHey Sonya,
I apologize for the delay.
I tested multiple tickets on my local install and noticed the issue you’re facing where the pricing doesn’t show the range but shows the price of the last ticket created.
This currently looks like it is a bug in the plugin that we’ll need to patch. I’ll check with the team and see if there is a solid temporary solution that will help with this display.
I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused.
Thanks!

ParticipantThanks Josh for your reply, wow that would be awesome. What is the typical turnaround for the patch?

ParticipantHey Sonya,
We’ve got the issue scheduled to be addressed in our next release cycle. We are the end of our current release cycle and should have an update coming in the next few weeks. The next release cycle will begin immediately after that and this ticket is assigned to that cycle.
I’ve added this thread to our internal ticket for tracking this issue and you will be notified as we make progress on this issue.
I apologize again for the inconvenience this issue has caused.
Thanks!

ParticipantIf I enter in the larger ticket amount before the smaller ticket amount, do you think that will help? Is the last image listed the one that appears on the “upcoming events” page?

ParticipantHey Sonya,
When I test it, it looks like that is what’s happening. The value is pulling just the last ticket created rather the basing it off of value.
So, if you would like just the lower ticket price showing for now, creating it after you create the first would be a good approach.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

MemberHi there,
Thanks again for your post. We wanted to get in touch and let you know that although we weren’t able to address this issue in our upcoming 3.10 release, it is still very much a priority. We have a ticket in our system and will be investigating a solution for a future version. Thank you for your patience and support while we work on this!
Cheers,

Thank you for your patience while we got this release ready to go!
