Addiotional fields

Hi,
Is there a way to make an edditional field be part of the “Details” section?
When I create a new one, it places under “Other” and because my map is so big, it places that “other” section at the very bottom, making it seem oddly out of place.

Hi,

It is possible to move where those additional fields are place, but it does involve modifying the templates.

I’m been trying different things with no luck.
I simply want to add a single line somewhere (“Free for students”) and I can’t figure out a simpler way than to have to add a custom field (that I can’t figure out how to move).

Is there a way to add that field to the existing ‘Details’ field under the cost of the event?

Following the themer’s guide this is what you are going to want to move to your theme and edit.

\the-events-calendar\views\modules\meta\details.php

Once moved you can find the cost function and place the text under that. That is the easiest method to do this as there are no hooks there.
