Adding Tickets Manually

Hello,

I am developing a website for a client that sells tickets to her courses (live courses, not online). I have configured payments via PayPal.

She would like the ability to manually add tickets, mainly when clients call her on the phone to book. Is this is an option?

She would also like the option for the client to “Pay Later”. Not sure if this is doable.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Mark.

This isn’t currently available, but you could use the User Switching plugin (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us) and login as them and enter the information for them while they’re on the phone.

For the idea of paying later, you could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
