I bought your pro calendar for our school and I would like a suggestion from you. Every Wednesday our school has hot lunch so it would be nice to use the Recurring Event option to add this to the calendar. However, there is a different menu for every hot lunch and when I try to edit each hot lunch to enter the lunch menu in the description area, the event is removed from the recurring sequence. So what is the best way to add these to the calendar. Should I add our hot lunch add a recurring event and then just edit each one individually or should I just manually add each lunch every week or is there a better way?

Thanks for purchasing the Events Calendar Pro.

I can help you out here.

Should I add our hot lunch add a recurring event and then just edit each one individually or should I just manually add each lunch every week or is there a better way?

I would create it as a Recurring Event if all the times are the same and the title can remain the same since you would only have to enter that once. Then you could edit the different days to change the hot lunch and that is all you would have to change. That would break them out of the recurrence then, but that to me looks like the least amount of work to get this done.

    Does that make sense?

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks
