I’m so sorry to hear that. I too know the feeling that comes from losing hours of hard work and it’s not a good one for sure. And the thought that those hours were lostĀ while working with our product is disappointing to me as well.
You are correct here: tickets for events must be created directly in the editor for that event. I can certainly see the confusion of thinking that tickets could be created as Products first in WooCommerce, then applied and reused for specific events, but that’s unfortunately not the case.
