ParticipantWhen there are more than one ticket type and user chooses one of each and selects add to cart, the cart page shows the second and third ticket type as $0.
However when the page is refreshed the values appear.Test url (this is the test server):
http://35.185.169.107/event/test-ticket-issue/
Add atleast 1 ticket of each type in the same screen and click Add To Cart.
Cart page will have first line item with correct value, second and third row with $0.
Refresh page, ticket prices will be updated.April 26, 2017 at 10:02 am #1274791Geoff B.
MemberGood afternoon Feroz and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the tickets not behaving as expected on your site. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.Alas, it looks like the test URL is gone from your website for some reason.
Could you look into that ?Additionally, would it be possible to provide me with screenshots of your “Edit Event” screen for that example, including each ticket type’s details.
Finally, I am noticing a couple of things on your site:
- You are several versions behind for all of our plugins. I would highly recommend updating.
- There is a Google Maps API error on your site. The site URL being used is not currently authorized. You might want to look into that.
Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Feroz,
Thank you for writing back.
I can see the undesired behaviour on your website.
However, I am not able to reproduce it on my end. At least for now.Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Additionally, I am wondering if the WooCommerce Bulk Discount plugin is not interfering here ? I would recommend looking into that.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Thanks for the quick response.Disabling the Woocommerce Bulk Discount plugin stops this behaviour.
Any suggestions from your end?

MemberGood afternoon Feroz,
I am glad we found the culprit!
I believe you can simply edit your tickets directly in WooCommerce and make sure you uncheck the “Bulk Discount enabled” option on them.
That should solve it.
Let me know how that goes.
