    Hi Barry, just following up on this. I’ve done a fresh install of WordPress along with Events Cal Pro, created an event, uploaded an image using Media Library and it’s still the same! I still get the Image popping up as though it’s using lightbox effect.

    Hi Duncan: can you provide a URL for that installation so I can see the effect for myself, as I can’t seem to reproduce it … what theme are you using on that new installation?

    Using Twentyten theme, only have WordPress and Event Cal installed.

    OK. So if I hover over the image in the sidebar nothing happens; if I click on it I see the image by itself (which is nothing unusual) – http://www.flat-out.eu/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/knockhill.jpg … is this the image you are talking about?

    If so, is it possible you need to refresh your browser cache/can you try opening that URL in a different browser that you do not normally use?
