Adding Image to a ticket

How do I add an image to a ticket?

Hi Joy

After you create your ticket and hit save, a settings button will display. Select that, then upload your image.

I have it uploaded, but it doesn’t show up on the ticket page

Also, the 2nd set of tickets do not show up on the website, but they do on the event edit page
