Adding Full Calendar to Specific Page

So I bought the events calendar pro thinking that I could add the full calendar to a specific page. I am a full time freelance model that travels and books shoots all over the country and I created a specific page on my site that would house a calendar so photographers could see when I am available and when I am booked. Everything I read about this plugin seemed like this is the best calendar plugin on the market but now I am finding out that maybe I can’t have the full calendar on a specific page? Is this true? I am very frustrated!

Hey Lauren, welcome to the forums!

Shoot, I am so sorry for any miscommunication here. We do indeed have the ability to embed the calendar in pages and posts with a shortcode, but that those are currently limited to the widgets that are included in Events Calendar PRO. I can totally see how that might be confusing and apologize for that.

A slight bit of good news though: we are actively working on shortcodes for full calendar views. Our hope is to have that in our next major release (4.2), if all things go as planned. I do not have a firm date for when that is coming, but it is in active development as we speak.
