Participanti’d like to add cart total and event name to my subject line of the email that the admin gets. Are there dynamic variables that can be added so that this information populates on send? If not is there a way to add it to the body of the message?

MemberHi, @iain.
Thanks for your question.
Here’s a snippet for the admin to get a copy of each ticket that the user receives, which should have some or all of the information you’re wanting:

Please let me know how this goes for you.

Participantis there a way to add cart total into a pixel. right now I have “sale amount” hard coded to $10 in my pixel but it would be great if we could use a variable that inserts the actual sale amount into the pixel. is there a dynamic variable for ‘total sale amount’ & ‘event name’ that I could use to better track the success of my ads?

MemberSorry, but I’m unclear what you’re referring to when you say “pixel”
If you share an annotated screenshot or video screen capture, it might help communicate what you’re seeing and what exactly the issue is.

Participantattached is a screenshot of the pixel code from facebook – this is an image that loads on the thank you page when a sale is complete. I want it to call the name of the event that the purchase was made for. ie “event_name” (this is not the right variable.) also the total amount of purchase right now i have hardcoded “10”

MemberGotcha. If you’re using WooCommerce for the tickets, then this would be a WooCommerce customization, not anything specific to our plugin(s).
Please search online or ask WooCommerce’s support how to get their cart total into a Facebook Pixel code.
Please let me know if there’s more I can help with here.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
