Hello. I am trying to add custom fields to the check out process in woo tickets. For instance, a customer has to put certain ordered preferences which I thought would be go at checkout. (It’s not my ideas but this difficult client). I wanted to see if this is possible with woo. Which btw, can’t seem to get support nor find this topic in any of the forums. If I overlooked it please forgive me.

    2) second issue
I basically want to customize this check out process more, add an iframe (with paypal payment processing within) so users aren’t re-directed to paypa pay to a third party I bought this product under the impression that users would not be re-directed off the page but this is becoming more complicated for my clients’ needs.

thank you for ANY help. We are really under a deadline

    Hi Kristin – great questions!

For your first question, that’s fundamentally more a matter of customizing WooCommerce than it is WooCommerce Tickets, though there’s definitely some crossover between the two. I’d recommend investigating adding custom checkout fields as a pure WooCommerce customization in the first instance – and then looking at how you might further integrate this with WooCommerce Tickets (if that’s even necessary) as a further enhancement. After all, a ticket is, essentially, just a product like any other.

Similarly, your second question really is one that relates to WooCommerce itself. Our plugin has no bearing or influence over the checkout process – so taking these questions across to the team at Woo if you need further insight is probably a good way to proceed.

    Hope that helps 🙂
