Adding custom meta to Venues

Is it possible to add custom meta to Venues? For example, to be able to enter in the venue’s website address like you can do with the physical address and phone number. I would also like to add a featured image to the venue to display a logo or building photo. I currently have them in the “description” part of the venue entry.

I would like so second that. A field for the URL or E-Mail address would be highly useful. In the Organizers list it’s already implemented. If it could be done the same way for venues that would help a lot (and a custom photo would be cool too).

Thanks folks, this is a good suggestion. It’s not doable out of the box yet, but I’m going to log this right now for our team to discuss as we build out 2.1 feature requests.
