Adding Calendar to site's menu

After reading through the doc and watching the video, on how to do this, when I go to to the theme (2011)’s menu section, all options are greyed out: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/760581/pb-menus.png

It does this on this site, and on a bare-bones dev site I installed it on.
Any suggestions ?

Hi wtl,

It looks like you must not even have a custom menu setup for your website. This is why everything would be greyed out. I would suggest reading up on setting up a custom menu first here: http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide – then, try creating a custom menu and then following the steps we provide.
