ParticipantHi,
I am inconsistently not able to get my tickets to add to the cart. I have seen several other topics with this issue, but none of them were helpful.
After several attempts to add the ticket to the cart it seems to begin working just fine. The URL to my event is http://becauseisaidiwould.com/one/
Please let me know if you need anymore information.
Thanks!

ParticipantShould the URL for the event be HTTPS? I haven’t been able to confirm but I think that the problem may be happening when I am visiting the event page from HTTP and then it redirects to HTTPS when it hits the cart page.

MemberHi Amanda,
Sorry you’re hitting difficulties.
It seems to work just fine for me (even if I visit the event page via HTTP and end up on the cart page via HTTPS) – can you confirm there is still a problem or provide some more guidance on what I need to do to see this?
Thanks!

ParticipantI didn’t have to do anything to recreate the issue except go to the event page as HTTP. I asked my host to have the event page automatically redirect to HTTPs and have not had any issues since. I am still curious as to whether or not that is a requirement on your end that could be added to the documentation or something specific to my installation.

MemberNope, there’s no particular requirement imposed by WooCommerce Tickets in that regard. When I visited I viewed your event page via HTTP – added items to the cart and was redirected so that the cart page was served via HTTPS and it all worked as expected.
It sounds though like you’ve got a workaround in place in any case which is awesome 🙂
Are there any other questions on this issue I can help with?

MemberAwesome!
I’ll go ahead and close this thread in that case – but if we can help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new thread (or threads) as needed 🙂
