    Hi support,

    In my event
    http://demo9.hartleywebdesign.com.au/event/promoting-four-local-brisbane-artists/

    No ticket info and add to cart showing
    I have debug this via default wordpress theme but no luck

    Right now i am using BEtheme (which is fully updated as per my knowledge)

    Can you please help me out here

    We are sorry to hear about the tickets not showing up on your event.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the “Edit ticket” screen for that event ?

    Typically, this tends to happen when there is a start sale date defined.
    The tickets will simply not display until that start sale date is reached.

    Also i have Tested this Start date Issue and YES now it’s is working
    but how can we move this section to just below the ticket Info and above the map

    “One more thing how can we still show add to cart Before start date for pre booking”

    You can adjust the position of the form using the Location of Tickets form the settings under Events -> Settings -> Tickets

    Well that is totally up to you.

    Most of our customers leave the start sale date field blank to make sure the tickets are available immediately. The tickets will also disappear once the event is passed.

    Another thing you could do is to use 2 types of tickets:

    1. Pre-Sales with no start sale date and an end  saledate that matches the start sale date of the “regular tickets”
    2. Regular ticket  with a start sale date of your choice and no end sale date
