ParticipantHi guys!
Thanks for your great plugins!
Unfortunately I’m facing an error, like only ‘[]’ on the Checkout page, while adding tickets https://oe.devsinch.pro/meropriyatiye/testovoe-meropriyatie/ to cart.
Tried to disable all plugins and installing-activating 2014 theme – nothing.
If I go back to ticket page and add the ticket for the second time, than everything works just fine.
This problem doesn’t appear with WooCommerce Products on the site. Please find screenshot attached.
Thank you!
Sincerely,
AndriyDecember 18, 2017 at 3:36 pm #1408312Cliff
MemberHi, Andriy.
Yikes! That’s super weird. Since we don’t have other users reporting this, I am unsure what to tell you.
Maybe there’s an issue with our plugin’s way of adding products to the cart conflicting with your WooCommerce setup or one of its add-ons that you have activated.
Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.
P.S. Forum reply notifications only get sent to the address in your My Account page. If you want replies to go to a different email, updating your account’s email is the only way our forum could send them to another email.

ParticipantI can give u access to the site, ftp as this is dev instance so u can investigate further.
Please find attached debug info.
Would be much appreciated for any support!December 19, 2017 at 7:06 pm #1409348Cliff
MemberThanks for the debug report.
You should make sure you’re using the latest version of your theme. If you are, you should report all these to your theme author.
There’s nothing we can assist with here because all the errors are from your theme (or its inclusion of https://github.com/CMB2/CMB2, possibly an outdated version of it).
Please let me know what you find out.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
